Quotes & Pricing

Any prices, packages, or timelines described on this site or provided in response to a quote request are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle, as condition, size, and the work required can affect the final quote.

Bookings & Service

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed on the scope of work and scheduled an appointment with you directly.

Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Payment timing, deposits, accepted payment methods, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be explained before an appointment is confirmed. If a deposit is required, its treatment will be included in the booking terms. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment so we can discuss the available options.

Vehicle Condition and Existing Damage

We inspect the vehicle before work begins. Pre-existing damage, previous repairs, thin or failing clear coat, touch-up, aftermarket parts, loose trim, mechanical issues, and delicate or modified finishes may affect what can safely be completed. We will identify material concerns where reasonably visible and may decline or adjust work that could create an unreasonable risk.

Personal Belongings

Please remove valuables, personal documents, child seats, medication, and other belongings before drop-off or pickup. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle unless they have been specifically accepted into our care in writing.

Pickup and Drop-off

Concierge pickup and drop-off is available only when confirmed in advance. The customer is responsible for providing lawful access, accurate vehicle information, keys, and any instructions needed for the vehicle. Timing may change because of weather, traffic, vehicle condition, or additional approved work.

Additional Work Approval

If inspection reveals work outside the agreed scope, we will explain the reason, expected effect on timing, and any additional charge before proceeding. We do not intentionally add chargeable work without your approval.

The content on this website, including text, images of completed work, and branding, is owned by It's Unique Ltd. and may not be reproduced without our permission.
